Harem King's Formal Elements

    Players:
  • 2 players
  • Collectors, achievers, competitors, social
  • Player vs. Player
   
    Objective:
  • Gain the most points

    Rules:
  • Players can only draw three items per turn

  • Player one draws three cards from any location of their choosing

  • Player two draws three cards from any location of their choosing

  • All characters are available for both players until one player meets the character’s requirements to add them to their harem *except Duck-kun*

    • Duck-kun only requires Bread and Everything Bagel

      • Bread allows players to claim and steal Duck-kun

      • The opponent can steal Duck-kun before the start of the next day

      • Everything Bagel permanently allows a player to claim Duck-kun 

        • Stealing with bread is no longer allowed after Everything Bagel is gifted to Duck-kun

  • Each character is worth 1 point

    • Duck-kun is worth 3 points

    • Good Endings are worth an additional point

      • Good Endings are achieved through getting 5 of 5 required gifts

      • Duck-kun does not provide a Good Ending point

  • The game ends if:

    • 30 in-game days pass

    • There are no characters available


    Procedures:
  • Determine who goes first (rock-paper-scissors)
  • Spin spinner and grab item landed on
  • If wanted, trade and exchange cards with the other opponent
  • Apply cards to a character to redeem character and points

    Boundaries:
  • The player boards

    Resources:
  • Items
  • Character cards
  • Good Endings
  • Trading

    Conflict:

  • Other player trying to obtain cards before the player
  • Only one of each card is available and the other player may possess it
  • Players may hold cards for trading leverage

    Outcome:
  • One player wins, one player loses
